The Green Hippo Mission
Green Hippo is committed to protecting our environment through the development and use of earth-friendly and organic products.
Green Hippo's President, Ridge Conlan, attests to this commitment: We created this company to enable our own families to do our part in making the environment safer by using organic products in our daily lives. The future starts now, with us, and we are determined to make a change for the better. Our products enable everyone to join us in effecting this positive change.
So what does it mean to be green? Green Hippo's Chief Executive Officer, Curtis A. Westfall answers the question this way: Being green means much more than what soap you buy. It begins with an understanding that we are all on this planet, now, together. We all need to, and can, work together every day to protect and preserve the planet for future generations.
Why the Green Hippo name?
The Green Hippo name was carefully selected and we felt the company's name should reflect its ideals. A hippopotamus is very docile by nature; however, when challenged, the hippo becomes very aggressive in protecting its environment. Like our namesake, Green Hippo's products are gentle, yet devastatingly effective in fighting germs, bacteria and odors, while at the same time being pleasing to use. Our agricultural products protect their environment by nurturing the plant with organic goodness.
